Domaine Chapel x Bell's

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Michele Chapel of Domaine Chapel at Bell’s, bringing her stunning Beaujolais wines to our little corner of Los Alamos. These wines have been close to our hearts since the beginning, but Michele’s visit was extra meaningful—Daisy once worked alongside her at Per Se and Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare, making this reunion over food and wine all the more special. With a beautiful menu from Chef Daisy and Domaine Chapel’s incredible bottles poured throughout the night, it was an evening of great conversation and a true celebration of craftsmanship. A heartfelt thank you to Michele for making the trip and to everyone who joined us—it was a night we won’t soon forget.
